Rust 1.75 has been added to `kernelci-core`, thus update it in deploy scripts too. This time around, keep `rustc-1.74` around, since we will use both (i.e. the latest and the previous latest). Signed-off-by: Miguel Ojeda <ojeda@kernel.org>
