wow I didn't think of raid markers, I'll probably rewrite it a bit though to support {cross} and {skull} etc |

/owo officer should toggle owospeak in officer chat (not tested)
/owo whisper will toggle owospeak in whisper
any raid marker from DBM or other weakauras that use {rt will now keep working when owospeak is on, see screenshot
