Github Flagging Proof as Robot

Shortly after verifying my github account, I received this banner message at the top of my screen on all pages.

This issue is not related to keybase. I had this issue happen when registering with VPNs etc. You should contact github support.

I also got the same problem. And I think, this is an issue of keybase. I think the github bot thinks, that the keybase proof is a spam message.

I can verify that this happened to me as well.

And while the reply was cryptic it seems to be a wink and a nod that it is flagging keybase gists as part of a spam network.

Lots of people are having their accounts proofed without problems, so there must be something a bit different about the profiles of people who are getting flagged by GitHub robots. Very curious.
