This PR adds in generation of CIFTI data too (not just GIFTI). Also aims to add in the missing subfield label gifti data (referenced in #10 )

  • added dscalar (thickness, curvature, gyrfication) and subfield dlabel cifti to spec file
  • add the subfield label giftis too
  • make sure all the gifti/cifti structures are being set properly, I recall seeing CORTEX_LEFT missing for some files
  • test the changes
