* [RAC][Observability] remove severity fields from mapping keep only ALERT_SEVERITY

* temporarily remove severity value occurences

* remove ALERT_SEVERITY_VALUE occurences, this value is not being read and shown in the Observability alerts table

* remove duplicate ALERT_SEVERITY identifier
