Add mobi format

Please add mobi format for support kindle

You can use calibre to convert the ePub to an almost equivalently looking
mobi.

I have manually done this for older versions (mid 2015) and it worked
perfectly.

+1, a ready-to-download mobi file would be awesome for all the Kindle users.

FWIW I believe the tex2ebook script can be used to generate mobi files - it uses Calbre internally.

EDIT: it just occurred to me that an easier alternative for Kindles would be an A5-sized PDF, since A4 size is just too big to be usable on that small screen.
