Automatically build periodically (each release?) #48

The past few builds all required manual checking, but some of the reasons
that was necessary (e.g. pandoc generating different ids for headlines than
the rust book renderer) might have been fixed upstream. We'd need to
evaluate that.
There is also an open issue for rendering PDFs and ePub directly from
mdBook, and thus in the books upstream CI. That'd be a much smoother
solution.
