While trying to add a new repository on a CentOS 7 host, the dialog displays inputs only required for DEB repositories, which does not make sense for a non Debian/Ubuntu host.
The UI should be smart enough to determine the host OS and proper displays the required data.

Do not display YUM specific data for DEB system and vice versa when
adding or editing a repository.
