Added/updated files for Event_Mode and wired ethernet connection:

  • Script for detecting wired ethernet connection
  • Wifi balancing script on bootup
  • Configuration files for setting static IP for wired ethernet connection
  • Wifi Mode and Event_Mode state text file
  • Wombat launcher error handling
