Any entered prompt results in this response then new sessions open repeatedly.

Steps to Reproduce

Enter "hello" into prompt,

Expected Behavior

Kiro should have not forked to a new session on initial prompt in session.

Same problem, it's being happening for while

I tried logging out and in as well as clearing all sessions, but no luck.

It appears clearing the IDE cache in "C:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\Kiro\Cache" fixes the problem. You'll need to re-orient Kiro on your project before continuing.

Deleting the cache files fixed the problem also in MacOS. The files are in the /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/Kiro/Cache folder.

Deleting cache didnt work on Version: 0.7.21. Deleting the Application Support/Kiro folder seems to have helped.
