Unable to login to my Kiro account using Github as Oath provider (AWS support case 176540834400424)

Bug Description

I have lost ability to login to my paid account for Kiro. I deleted my old work GitHub account which was associated to Kiro (UUID d-9067c98495.844874c8-0031-7014-a5ac-c1ab415f98b7) and have since created a new Github account (same as which I am lodging this bug report).

When I login to my Kiro account now with my new Github account I get the below error:

Unable to fetch account usage data: Your User ID (d-9067c98495.c4f84448-20e1-7078-5d7e-4738468d800f) temporarily is suspended. We detected unusual user activity and locked it as a security precaution. To restore access, please contact our support team to verify your identity: https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/kiro

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Kiro IDE, and attempt to sign in (if not already signed in), or simply open Kiro IDE after already logging in previosly.

Expected Behavior

Expected behavior is that when I login I can see my account usage details, can access my billing details via the accounts tab and am able to use Kiro Agentic AI.

I've confirmed that the GitHub account matches with my email address.

I've raised a new case 176558427000749 to Amazon Web Services.

Hi @AnilMaktala,

I was able to login via Kiro web page, and noticed my KIRO power account isn't linked (only see trial credits). After about 30 seconds later, I get signed out, and if I try to login again see the same login error that my account has been suspended.
