Allow GmsCore run in background to work YT ReVanced properly and recieve notifications

• Exclude GmsCore from Battery Optimization
  • Settings -> Battery -> Menu (...) -> Battery Optimization -> All Apps -> MicroG Services -> Don't optimize
• Allow auto-startup (for some Chinese OS)
