#
#[app]

# Profiles

# You can extend section / key with a profile
# For example, you want to deploy a demo version of your application without

# and extend the excluded directories to remove the HD content.
#
#[app@demo]
#title = My Application (demo)
#
#[app:source.exclude_patterns@demo]
#images/hd/*
#
# Then, invoke the command line with the "demo" profile:
#
#buildozer --profile demo android debug

This looks like an obvious bug we may have introduced in #961
However I'm not sure how we didn't come across before 🤔
The fix is simple, but I'd like to be able to reproduce and write some regressions tests for it.
Anyway until we do you can fix by hand by editing /usr/local/lib/python3.6/dist-packages/buildozer-1.0.1.dev0-py3.6.egg/buildozer/targets/android.py and changing glob.glob by simply glob.
By the way I saw you installed buildozer in sudo and I do not recommend that

Edit: here's the fix #1045

This got fixed via #1066
You can give it a try by updating buildozer to latest master:

python3 -m pip install --user --upgrade https://github.com/kivy/buildozer/archive/d3361bb.zip

AndreMiras added a commit to AndreMiras/buildozer that referenced this issue Apr 13, 2020
Increases android.py coverage from 24% to 36% and total coverage from
25% to 29%.
Note that this tests would have caught the glob issue reported in kivy#1044.
