This will be the first release after importing the smoketurner dropwizard-consul, which was archived on Apr 2, 2023.

It removes a lot of the various things from the imported repository, and makes a lot of changes such as changing the base package to org.kiwiproject. Thus, existing code wanting to use this will need to update the packages, but the original class names will (for now and the foreseeable future) be the same.
