This release doesn't update anything significantly, but moves the version from 0.x to 1.x in order to move forward with other major version changes. This version is using the following versions of major frameworks and libraries:

• Dropwizard 2.x
• Dropwizard Metrics 4.x
• Hibernate 5.x
• Hibernate Validator 6.x
• Jersey 2.x
• Jetty 9.x
• Logback 1.3.x
• Spring 5.x
• Spring Data Commons 2.x
• Spring Data MongoDB 3.x

The 1.x releases will not update to later versions of the above libraries.
