Yeah I am testing with a docker image on my server atm. Once we merge I can get you the image and we can change the env variables in travis to use Kiwix servers. |

I am going to merge this so that we can get other prs running on testdroid. Currently merging forked prs is making me very anxious as I can't be sure they will pass on testdroid. Improvements are welcome and we can change most of the settings on travis. |

Switches to using a test gateway between travis and testdroid so that forks can run full tests.
