npm registryでバージョンが上がっているかを確認

          外部への影響が大きいnpm publishをnpm script内へ組み込まない

これを書いたのはリリース手順を忘れないためなので、それはRelease PRへ記載して次回へのメモにすることで解決する
e.g. #100

また、そもそもリリース時に他にも手順があるので、このnpm scriptでは解決できない
