* Clear ehcache disk cache files during initialization

* Adding UT to fix line coverage

* Addressing comment

* Adding more Uts for better line coverage

* Throwing exception in case we fail to clear cache files during startup

* Adding more UTs

* Adding a UT for more coverage

* Fixing gradle build

* Update ehcache disk cache close() logic
