テストユニットのprepare_samplebookではsamplesのフォルダを丸ごとtmpdirにコピーしますが、samples内で手作業でdebugモードなどで作成したbook-pdf・book-epub・book-text・webrootもコピーされてしまい、特にPDFMakerではテストに失敗します。
丸ごとコピー前に、明確にデバッグフォルダとわかっている上記のものをコピー対象から除くようにします。
