  2. Google form/spreadsheet for curation request
  • Rename VISUALIZE YOUR DATA to "SUBMIT YOUR DATA" and move to lefthand menubar of index.do.
  • Add paragraph to visualize_your_data.jsp to describe data submission process - with link to google form.
  • Modify google form to auto reply with email address to submit data.
  • create curation-cbioportal@cbio.mskcc.org alias to received data.
