  • update the .gitignore file.
  • avoid generating pkg-lock.json.
  • update devDep. and dep. and fix all vulnerabilities warn.
  • fix the test.
  • update the pipeline ( travis ci )
  • update the README.md by adding Koa@2 usage.

I don't know what the exact strategy is here but I think it's time for a minor release after merging this and #19.
