Description
Dependency management got tangled up so this rebuilds the
environment.ymlfile throughcondawith only specified versions of basic dependencies. These were found by looking back in the PRs to see earlier versions of theenvironment.ymland letting conda get the rest of the dependencies from this list.Closes #198
