The first day after christmas is also a public holiday.

Also added the missing regions as it might be confusing if they are missing

Christmas' Eve / Heiligabend (12/24), however, is NO public holiday! See PR #38

@Itja You are right, i totally forgot about this pull request. I believe the project is abandoned, so i will close my merge request in favor of yours
