有两种复现方式，本质是同一种问题。

复现方式 1

  1. 在生产模式启动控制台
  2. 使用插件市场更新 console 插件本身
  3. 此时控制台中部分元素有概率显示异常

复现方式 2

  1. 在开发模式启动控制台
  2. 停止运行 Koishi，并使用生产模式重新启动控制台
  3. 此时控制台无法加载任何插件

两种复现方式都可以通过刷新的方式解决，因此此问题的解决方案是「检测到后端变动时，刷新前端」。
