Replace the hardcoded inter-classlib dependency to
TRoundingModewith the generic import ofjava.math.RoundingModeinNumberFormat. This allows overwriting thejava.mathPackage on the user-side.I have used this for testing different BigInteger implementations. Feel free to close this PR if changes like this are outside the scope of this project.
