License of the Dragonruby resources code?

Hi!

There are no license details specified for the dragon ruby resources code (that I could see in the github repo at least), so I wondered what terms apply to the code published here?

The code for making circle sprites in render targets was very useful!

I got permission from Kota to reproduce most of this here: https://ejectdrive.com/Ruby_for_Dragons/

I just set the LICENSE for that repository to the Unlicense, or Public Domain. I think Kota would agree, and it is now officially my fault, because you are using the code in good faith based on that LICENSE. Go wild, and make something cool.
