UI Improvement Request

Title

Add Proper Spacing Between the Comment and Date Columns in Activities

Description

In the Activities section, there is insufficient space between the Comment and Date columns, causing the data to appear cluttered and difficult to read. Proper spacing should be added to improve the layout and readability.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Admin -> Leads -> Edit Leads -> Add an Activity -> Add long Actuivity Note or Description.
  2. Navigate to Admin -> Activities
  3. Check the alignment and spacing between the Comment and Date columns.

Expected Result

The Comment and Date columns should have adequate spacing, ensuring a clear and organized display of data.

Actual Result

The columns are too close to each other, leading to a cluttered and unprofessional appearance.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Add sufficient padding or margin between the Comment and Date columns.
  2. Ensure the updated layout works well across different screen sizes and resolutions.
  3. Validate that the change does not affect the alignment of other elements in the Activities section.
