v1.2 is built in This GitHub Actions job and you can download it using nightly.link here
Kreato Linux is also available as a Docker image, and is available on Docker Hub and GitHub Packages. We recommend using GitHub Packages;

- Bunch of improvements to nyaa3, including bugfixes and some build system improvements!
