I'm an Astrophysics PhD candidate 🎓 at the Sydney Institute for Astronomy at the University of Sydney 🇦🇺, and I completed my undergraduate studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem 🇮🇱. I work in observational astronomy 🔭 and love finding weird things in space that go snap, crackle and/or pop ✨. Beyond research, I'm passionate about science communication and outreach 🗣️, aiming to make science accessible and engaging for everyone 😊.

My research primarily focuses on:

• Observational Radio-Astronomy: Utilizing radio telescopes 📡 to observe the universe.
• Transient Events: Identifying and studying transient events across the radio sky 💥.
  • Ultracool Dwarfs: Investigating radio emissions from ultracool brown dwarfs, like WISE J062309.94-045624.6, to understand stellar magnetic fields and auroral mechanisms. You can read more about this work in our paper: "Periodic Radio Emission from the T8 Dwarf WISE J062309.94–045624.6".
  • Late-time Supernovae Re-brightening: Exploring late-time radio re-brightening in supernovae 🌟. Our pilot survey work on this is detailed here: "Late-Time Supernovae Radio Re-brightening in the VAST Pilot Survey".

Currently, I'm working on:

• Searching for new astronomical radio sources with instruments like the Australian Square Kilometre Array Pathfinder (ASKAP) and the Australia Telescope Compact Array (ATCA) 🔍.

• Unravelling sub-stellar magnetospheres and understanding the periodicity of radio emissions from late-type stellar magnetic fields ⭐.
