📝 Bug Title

addons client missed to load credentials

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

  1. ksctl install v2.0.0-rc.3
  2. create cluster which is not local cluster
  3. then $ ksctl addons enable

✅ Expected Behavior

it should get the credentials

❌ Actual Behavior

it fails due to no credentials
