[DOCS] design image in HP Optimization Proposal is in wrong path

What happened?

while reading hpo-for-llm-fine-tuning proposal, i noticed the design image path has changed, i have opened this issue to reference it in a fix pr.

What did you expect to happen?

i expect that design image be visible in the proposal file

Environment

Kubernetes version:

$ kubectl version

Katib controller version:

$ kubectl get pods -n kubeflow -l katib.kubeflow.org/component=controller -o jsonpath="{.items[*].spec.containers[*].image}"

Katib Python SDK version:

$ pip show kubeflow-katib
