Rearrange main.go and use same context for manager and controller

What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR does two things

1. Rearranging main.go
   Rearranged functions in main.go for better readability purpose

2. Use same context for manager and controller
   Currently there is new context created and used under each controller, Instead of that now reusing the manager's context for each controller, This will help in using same log format accross each controller as we use log.FromContext() in each controllers.
