Umbrella: Documentation pre-print requirements

The Cluster API documentation may always continue to be improved. The following tasks are necessary for complete coverage.

Required:

• Decide Firebase vs. gh-pages vs netify.
• Create architectural diagram for CRDs (Create architectural diagram for CRDs #786).
• Create kubectl/controller/actuator/etc. logic traces (Create kubectl/controller/actuator/etc. logic traces. #787).
• Document MachineSet, MachineDeployment, and MachineClass (Document MachineSet and MachineDeployment #788).
• Decide whether we want to document clusterctl (Document how to implement provider specific clusterctl #789).

Really wanted:

• Provide guidence on how a provider should indicate to other processes that a Machine has been provisioned.
• Document resync period and how providers can be notified of external events.
• Machine documentation for the case where there are manager and managed clusters (cf. Remote Node/Object References #520).
