fix: topologySpreadConstraint fields in structured logs

There is a problem with the log display due to the use of non-exported fields：

descheduler/pkg/framework/plugins/removepodsviolatingtopologyspreadconstraint/topologyspreadconstraint.go

Line 220 in f0f7ebb

klog.V(2).InfoS("Skipping topology constraint because it is already balanced", "constraint", tsc)

Without this patch the tsc is printed as empty {}:
