feat: image version matching

Description

Fixes #94

Adds the functionality to automatically set the conformance image version to match the k8s cluster version by default.
A user can still explicitly define an image using --conformance-image flag if they want to.

Default behavior. Automatically fetches the image according to the cluster version, i.e v1.27.3:

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
