chore: bump Cyclonus to v0.5.5

What this PR Does

Copying over latest changes from Cyclonus repo since there have been a few changes since initial merge with this repo.

Details

Summarizing some changes I noticed (not actual commit message names):

• fix: correctly simplify matchers with multiple protocols
• feat: fail-fast option for conformance test
• feat: arg for pod image registry
• log: use logrus
• chore: replace util functions with those from collections repo

Tests

Verified that make cyclonus works, and that cyclonus generate works.
