We should release promo-tools v3.4.0 to get the image signature changes into the official image. After that we should promote the image to production and update the related test-infra jobs.

We should release promo-tools v3.4.0 to get the image signature changes into the official image. After that we should promote the image to production and update the related test-infra jobs.
