Hi @alok87. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. This might be a good time to ask whether we want to keep the streaming server functionality, or if we should move the functionality into a streaming gRPC interface through the CRI.

Since the current default behavior is for the streams to be proxied through the Kubelet anyway, there doesn't seem to be much purpose to keeping the separate server. @haiyanmeng is working on rate-limiting streams too, which lowers the resource usage concerns.
