Ugh ... github messed up this diff! I try to create a new file for the new code, rather than renaming, just to keep the diff simpler (if I remember!). This could be
CloudLabelNodeReconciler
or something.FYI cluster-api may have yet another way ... if we create the AWS instance ourselves, we can feed through a per-instance identifier that gives us even more confidence in the mapping.

I spliced in a rename commit, so the diff should be clearer now.
