I made the following

# disable disk resource management by default
imageGCHighThresholdPercent: 100
evictionSoft:
  memory.available: "300mb"
evictionHard:
  memory.available: "100mb"
  nodefs.available: "0%"
  nodefs.inodesFree: "0%"
  imagefs.available: "0%"

we need to investigate if this is best option for all drivers or just none and docker ?
could it be that in VM we could do something better?
