config/jobs: move secrets-store-csi-driver to main branch #23451

This is the next step in the branch rename from master to main. This is a just before rename change and should be done in conjunction with the actual rename.

@aramase: Updated the job-config configmap in namespace default at cluster test-infra-trusted using the following files:

  • key secrets-store-csi-driver-config.yaml using file config/jobs/kubernetes-sigs/secrets-store-csi-driver/secrets-store-csi-driver-config.yaml
