[hi] Proofread and tidy up container-runtimes.md

This is a Bug Report

Problem:
PR #31857 was merged without finalizing the page as discussed on Slack (here) with a plan to tidy up with an another PR.

Proposed Solution:
Proofread the current version of page and look for grammatical errors, incorrect sentence structures, other inaccuracies such as use of "full stop" instead of "पूर्ण विराम", repition of words etc. and make a PR.

Note:
The current working branch for hi localization work is dev-1.22-hi.1. Please make sure to open a PR against dev-1.22-hi.1.
