• add PodReplacementPolicy for Deployments: terminating pods kubernetes#128546
• Consider Terminating Pods in Deployments enhancements#3973
• rename DeploymentPodReplacementPolicy FG to DeploymentReplicaSetTerminatingReplicas kubernetes#131088
