We avoid referencing PRs and issues in our commit messages

hi :) I just want to make sure I understood you correctly.
I wrote the PR title like this: "[pl] sync with PR #49643 #50049", but that's incorrect because I shouldn't use the "#" sign.
and it's better to write it as: "[pl] sync with PRs 49643 and 50049" - so without the "#" sign.

I wrote like this in my other PRs as well, so I have to correct it also in other places too.
