Describe the bug
Exist project test, including deployment dd and stateful replica set ss，and Dingding notification has been turned on and the correct session has been set
1、Add a custom label "owner_kind", select the included value, and set the value to "deployment"
2、Create alarm policies that can be triggered, aa monitoring deployment dd, aa1 monitoring stateful replica set ss
3、After the alarm was triggered, no alarm message was received

Set the value to "Deployment"，Prompt for input errors

The corresponding value of the notification happy message label is
