Re-enable Stryker.NET Mutation Testing After .NET 10 Support #84
Description
Once Stryker.NET adds official support for .NET 10, restore mutation testing in the CI pipeline.
This issue tracks the re-enablement of Stryker.NET integration and verification that it works correctly with our .NET 10 setup.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Stryker.NET updated to a .NET 10–compatible version.
- Mutation testing step added back to CI.
- Pipeline passes with Stryker.NET enabled.
