Upgrade bevy to 0.14

Hey, I upgraded bevy to the new version although we might want to wait until 0.14 is officially released to merge it in. These were the main changes (but I might've missed one or two):

• bevy_color: adding 'palettes' module. bevyengine/bevy#12067 New color palette
• Consolidate Render(Ui)Materials(2d) into RenderAssets bevyengine/bevy#12827 RenderAssets<Image> is now RenderAssets<GpuImage>
• Make render phases render world resources instead of components. bevyengine/bevy#13277 RenderPhases are now stored in a resource ViewSortedRenderPhases
• Intern mesh vertex buffer layouts so that we don't have to compare them over and over. bevyengine/bevy#12216 MeshVertexBufferLayout is now MeshVertexBufferLayoutRef
• Prefer UVec2 when working with texture dimensions bevyengine/bevy#11698 Image dimensions are now in UVec2s
• Divide the single VisibleEntities list into separate lists for 2D meshes, 3D meshes, lights, and UI elements, for performance. bevyengine/bevy#12582 We have to explicitly add custom text/mesh handle components to the CheckVisibility schedule

@kulkalkul and @interwhy FYI if you haven't been following along on the Bevy Discord that 0.14 has been officially released. Would be great to see this be updated to upgrade to 0.14 and merged. Let me know if either of you would like help doing that.

Seems like there are changes from 0.14rc2 -> 0.14. I'll be reading update post to figure what those are.
