Status stuck on rescan in SPV mode

When in spv mode, clicking on Rescan Auction starts rescan and completes, but the status gets stuck on Rescanning... 100%. The auction page doesn't let you place bids until you leave and return to the page.

The stuck status doesn't change even on new blocks / height. Left sidebar "Current Height" always says XX/XX with XX being the current height (which does change on new blocks).

I think we discussed this on discord. Since there is no block data on disk, SPV doesn't rescan at all, it resets (different code paths). The 'block rescan' events bob listens for are not emitted. In the original "rescan auction" PR I didn't listen for these events either I just watched wallet height until it matched chain height... although that may not work for spv either because the entire chain is being reset...
