Whisper should have an admin page where users should be able to:

  1. create whisper client applications and define:
    1.1. application type (web, api)
    1.2 client id and secret

  2. visualize usage metrics per application per hour:
    2.1. login count and rate
    2.2. error count and rate
    2.3. user registrations count and rate
    2.4. user logins count and rate
