Add an option to filter on CIS specific controls so that LW added controls are not included

Compliance with CIS recommendations is often a minimum requirement that must be satisfied. LW adds a number of additional best practice recommendations that may not be applicable in all cases. This would allow the ability to only report on CIS (or LW) controls as needed.
